We know salon menus can sometimes feel confusing, so we've designed ours to be simple, transparent, and built around real hair goals. We believe great hair starts with listening, and we take the time to understand your hair goals without judgement or pressure. What you'll find at The Mill is just good conversation and really great hair.

All pricing at The Mill is genderless, ageless, and based entirely on the time, skill, and product required to achieve your result. We proudly operate as a queer affirming, anti-racist, and inclusive space where guests of all identities are welcome and respected.

Our "ritual" color services are packages designed to make booking easier and to ensure you receive everything you need to have the drop dead gorgeous hair of your dreams.

RITUALS

THE CLASSIC RITUAL

Your color, maintained. The Classic Ritual is the Mill's routine maintenance service - a partial or half-head highlight that keeps dimension and brightness through the top and sides, with root blending, toning, or grey coverage as needed. AND it comes with a haircut or treatment with blowout so you're good for another 8–12 weeks. This is for maintenance, not transformation - that's what The Resurrection is for. THE ULTIMATE RITUAL

Not sure what to book? Book this. The Ultimate Ritual is a full-head color experience - dimension and brightness from roots to ends, with toning, root blending, or grey coverage as needed. Perfect for first-time guests or anyone coming back after 4+ months. Haircut or treatment with blowout included. We'll scale down if we need to, but we'd rather start with everything (and trust us - so would you). Click the image for current pricing.

THE MINI RITUAL

Not gonna lie - this ritual is small. Tiny. Mini (hence the name). It covers brightness or depth around the face only, plus root blending, toning, or grey coverage if needed. That's it. Think of it as a quick touch between full appointments, not a substitute for one. Best within 4–6 weeks of your last visit, and not recommended for for new color clients. HAIRCUTS

Every haircut at The Mill includes a wash and finished styling - no sad, unstyled send-offs here. Pick your category: Standard for clean and classic, Short for cropped, pixie, or clipper cuts, Creative for textured, shaggy, or bold shapes, or Thick/Long if you've got a lot going on up there. CLASSIC STYLING

A classic blowout, done right. Classic Styling is your go-to for a polished, smooth finish — no cut, just great hair. Need a flat iron or curling iron finish, or have thick hair that takes extra time? Add the Style + Iron option and we've got you covered. Click the image for current pricing.

FOUNDATIONAL COLOR

ALL OVER COLOR

One shade, top to bottom. All Over Color - AKA "single process" is your go-to for solid, uniform color and grey coverage. Suggested upkeep every 4–8 weeks to keep your color looking fresh. Click the image for current pricing.

GLAZE

Think of a Glaze as a reset button for your color. Also known as a gloss or toner, it neutralizes brass, adds shine, and refreshes faded color - all without making a dramatic change. It's not for grey coverage or big solid color shifts (that's All Over Color's job), just a subtle tune-up that makes the tone of your hair look like it did right after your last appointment. DOUBLE PROCESS

For when you want to go platinum and mean it. Double Process is a lighten and tone service designed for solid, all-over blonde - think high-lift, single-tone blonding, not dimensional highlights. If you're chasing that icy, uniform platinum look, this is your service. New guests may need a consultation before booking, so don't be shy about reaching out first. EXTENSION CONSULTATION

Extensions at The Mill start with a conversation. A consultation is required for all first-time extension clients - so we can figure out the right method, match your hair, and make sure you're set up for success before anything gets installed. Book this first, then we'll take it from there.

EXTENSION MOVE-UPS

Already rocking extensions from The Mill? This one's for you. Extension Move-Ups are for existing beaded row clients only - Wash and blowdry included.
